Design
In the Pre-Design Phase, Bayshore Office Interiors will meet with you to discuss
your vision for the office environment. We discuss your goals, gather
requirements, review work patterns and visualize the completed space.
In the Design Development Phase, we begin to characterize concepts, review
personnel and department locations and render completed work spaces for final
approval.
In the Project Documentation Phase, all plans and their revisions are rendered and
a final bill of materials is generated. Particular attention is given to electrical and
data chase-ways and their access points. All of the selected furniture is ordered
and are pending Installation and Delivery.
Computer Aided Design (CAD)
Bayshore Office Interiors will design your
office environment on our state of the art
CAD system. This step in the design
process ensures that all of your furniture is
properly selected and fits within your
space. The final rendering includes fabric
and color selections and allows the end
customer to better visualize their office
environment. For the majority of
projects, this service is offered for free.

Delivery and Installation
The delivery and installation process begins within the Design Phase. During the
initial planning stages, logistic, electrical, wiring and dimensional decisions are
evaluated and finalized to ensure an accurate and precise delivery and
installation. Our delivery and installation team has extensive industry
experience and is trained and qualified to install all of the major office
environment manufacturers.
